The exclusive purposes of the corporation are:

to build a global network of researchers to facilitate research within the field of developmental coordination disorder;

to further, promote, and disseminate scientific knowledge regarding developmental coordination disorder;

to support and facilitate collaboration among researchers, scholars, academics, and other persons with an interest in developmental coordination disorder;

to promote diversity and inclusion within the developmental coordination disorder scientific community;

to increase public awareness of developmental coordination disorder;
-
to facilitate mentorship of current and future generations of researchers, scholars, and academics within the field of developmental coordination disorder;
-
to encourage and facilitate the practical application of research within the field of developmental coordination disorder;

to advocate for services, facilities, and other supports for individuals of all ages with developmental coordination disorder;

to receive gifts, bequests, funds and property, and to hold, invest, administer and distribute funds and property for the purposes of the corporation (which distributions may, for greater certainty, be made as a gift to persons other than qualified donees); and
-
to do all such other things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes and the exercise of the powers of the corporation.
